Tensor Edge Capital manages private investment funds, aiming for capital appreciation by investing in publicly traded equity securities. The firm focuses on a concentrated portfolio of long and short positions in the technology sector, driven by fundamental research. The Funds impose a minimum initial investment of $5 million, but the Fund GP may in its sole discretion permit investments below the minimum amounts set forth in the Governing Documents of such Fund. Investment advice is provided directly to the Funds, subject to the discretion and control of the GP, and not individually to the investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
Tensor Edge Capital manages investments for private pooled investment vehicles (funds). The annual management fee is 1.5% of the fund's capital account balance, paid quarterly in advance. Additionally, Tensor receives a performance allocation generally equal to 20% of net profit of each Fund for each fiscal year.
