Management Fees range from 0.5% to 2.5% annually depending on the size of the account. The Adviser may charge performance-based fees based on a percent of the capital appreciation of Client accounts in addition to the Management Fee for certain investment products or separately managed accounts. Steinwold & Co., in its discretion, can reduce, waive or calculate differently the Management Fee or Performance Fee (as applicable) with respect to any Client.
