AdvisorEngine Portfolio Solutions (AEPS) offers a turnkey asset management program (TAMP) to clients through their advisory firms. AEPS provides investment management services and conducts due diligence on investment options. The client's advisor gathers financial information and selects an investment strategy. AEPS and its sub-advisor SMArtX manage the account on a discretionary basis, monitoring and rebalancing as needed. AEPS also offers a Model Marketplace with model portfolios from various managers. AEPS is a subsidiary of FT FinTech Holdings LLC and an affiliate of AdvisorEngine Inc.
Fee Structure
AdvisorEngine Portfolio Solutions (AEPS) offers investment management through a TAMP program. The fee is a percentage of the assets managed, including cash. The maximum annual fee is 0.25%, subject to a minimum annual fee charged to the advisor. The fee may be combined with the advisory firm's fee or charged separately. Third-party manager fees may apply when using the Model Marketplace. You can terminate participation at any time, with fees charged for the partial billing period. Custodians may impose additional fees.
