The firm uses fundamental and quantitative analysis to formulate investment advice. O’Connor Alternative Investments may use sub-advisors for certain client accounts and seek advice from non-U.S. affiliates.
O’Connor Alternative Investments does not have a standard fee schedule. The firm commonly receives a management fee from clients equal to a percentage of the value of the assets managed. O’Connor Alternative Investments may also receive a performance-based fee based on a percentage of profits earned. These fees are in addition to other expenses charged to clients.
