The firm manages portfolios on a discretionary basis, meaning they make trades without getting prior consent. Valor Capital does not work directly with individual clients, but rather through other advisors.
Fee Structure
Valor Capital Management provides investment management services to other advisors, who then offer these services to their clients. The fees are based on the total value of the assets managed, and the rate decreases as the amount invested increases.
- First $250,000: Up to 0.45%
- Next $250,000: Up to 0.35%
- Next $500,000: Up to 0.25%
- Next $1.5 million: Up to 0.15%
- Additional assets over $2.5 million: Up to 0.10%
There is also a Platform Reporting & Administration Fee up to $150 per account, per year, which the advisor may pass on to their clients. These fees are negotiable.
