They generally limit their investment advice to mutual funds, fixed income securities, real estate funds, insurance products, equities, ETFs, private funds, and other securities.
Waypoint West's advisory fees for portfolio management range from 0.25% to 1.00% annually, depending on household assets, complexity, and scope of services. These fees are negotiable. Clients participating in direct and co-investment opportunities will pay an annual fee of up to 1% of assets under management along with up to a 20% performance fee based on capital appreciation.
