A-Street Management LP provides investment management services to qualified investors through its private fund, A-Street Fund II, LP. A-Street does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor. The firm invests in companies and situations where A-Street has a "right to win," focusing on long-term, patient, and risk-tolerant investment for generating market-rate returns and demonstrable education outcomes.
Fee Structure
A-Street Management is paid an investment management fee annually, calculated as a percentage of the total capital commitments to the fund. The firm may, at its discretion, waive or modify the management fee for any investor. The general partner is entitled to receive a carried interest equal to 20% of the profits generated by an investment, after returning 100% of an investors’ initial capital contribution.
