Fee Structure
Viridian manages investments for pooled investment funds, charging a percentage of committed capital during the commitment period and on outstanding capital contributions thereafter. These fees are disclosed in the fund's documents and are generally up to 2% annually, charged quarterly. The fund also pays other investment expenses, and the firm's affiliate receives incentive compensation.
