Clearwave Capital, LLC offers asset management and financial planning services to help clients meet their financial goals. Services include comprehensive portfolio management, asset management, and financial planning & consulting. Clearwave Capital may use third-party investment advisors to implement investment portfolios. The firm also offers retirement plan consulting to employer plan sponsors.
Fee Structure
Clearwave Capital offers two investment management services:
- Comprehensive Portfolio Management: Includes asset management and financial planning or consulting. The annual fee will not exceed 2.00%.
- Asset Management: A portfolio is created consisting of various securities. The annual fee will not exceed 2.00%.
Fees are billed quarterly in advance and are negotiable. For accounts managed through American Funds, the advisory fee ranges from 0.25% to 1.00% annually, calculated and debited quarterly in arrears. These fees are non-negotiable. A $10 setup fee and a $10 annual fee also apply to these accounts.
