Gordian Capital manages a private investment fund, Gordian Capital Strategies, LP, investing primarily in other privately held investment funds. Gordian Capital selects the underlying funds and advisors. The fund offers two share classes: Gordian Capital Strategies Total Return and Gordian Capital Strategies Income. Gordian Capital may enter into side letter agreements with investors.
Fee Structure
Gordian Capital manages a private investment fund. Investors in the Gordian Capital Strategies Income fund pay an annual management fee of 0.65% of their capital account, charged quarterly in advance. Investors in the Gordian Capital Strategies Total Return fund do not pay a management fee. Gordian Capital also receives an annual incentive allocation of 15% of net income above a 3% return, subject to a high water mark. This incentive allocation is only charged to investors who are "qualified clients".
