MPI Infinite Investors provides financial education, investment screening, and access to pooled private investment vehicles. They identify and perform due diligence on private investment opportunities, structure them into investment vehicles, and offer them to qualified clients. MPI II also provides education modules, orientation courses, deal-specific disclosures, and ongoing investment monitoring. They may also provide pension consulting services to employer-sponsored retirement plans.
Fee Structure
MPI Infinite Investors does not offer individualized portfolio management. Instead, they offer access to pooled private investment vehicles. MPI II is compensated through a carried interest (typically 20%) from each investment vehicle's net profits, after return of investor capital. Certain principals may receive draw-based compensation. MPI II may also charge a flat setup fee or a management fee from each pooled investment vehicle, calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated by the underlying business or investment.
