Arène Capital Management LP serves as the investment advisor for private funds, initially using a master feeder structure. The firm manages investments based on guidelines in the Funds' governing documents and does not tailor services to individual investors. Investors are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence. Arène retains the ability to provide advisory services and implement investment strategies other than those described in this brochure in its sole discretion, subject to each Fund’s investment objectives and guidelines as set forth in the Offering Documents.
Fee Structure
Arène Capital Management expects to receive a management fee each month, paid in advance and pro-rated for partial periods. The management fee will vary based on the class of interest selected. The specific rates, calculation methodology and other terms of the management fee applicable to each class of interest are detailed in the Offering Documents. Arène may reduce, waive or calculate differently the Management Fee for any Investor in the Feeder Funds, including but not limited to, members, employees and affiliates of Arène.
