PeakAlts provides investment research, investment and operational due diligence, and access to private market investments for family offices, registered investment advisors, and non-profits. PeakAlts offers sub-advisory and outsourced chief investment officer services. PeakAlts also manages privately offered pooled investment vehicles (Funds) that invest in third-party private equity, venture capital, and other alternative investment funds. These Funds are offered exclusively to accredited investors and qualified purchasers.
Fee Structure
PeakAlts provides sub-advisory services to Institutional Clients, charging fees up to 0.50% of the assets they manage for End-Clients. These fees are paid quarterly, in advance. PeakAlts also manages Funds, charging management fees that generally range up to 1.0% of capital invested, depending on the fund's structure. These fees are generally payable quarterly in advance.
