The Primary Advisor retains sole authority for trade selection and execution. BPC focuses on credit and credit-adjacent opportunities across public and private markets.

The incentive fee will typically be up to 15%, applied on the profits that exceed a SOFR hurdle. Incentive fees are calculated and paid annually. Advisory fees are typically subject to a minimum annual amount of $75,000, calculated and charged at the end of each calendar year. BPC reserves the right to negotiate Advisory Fees for accounts depending on the size and type of account, the investments in the account and the services required.
