Fee Structure
Harting Financial provides portfolio management recommendations as part of their financial planning services. They do not maintain assets under management nor exercise discretionary trading authority. They may recommend investments in 529 college savings plans and provide advice on accounts managed by others, such as Thrift Savings Plans (TSPs), 401k, 403b and 457 accounts.
