LC Vero Manager offers investment management services to pooled private investment funds and institutions. LCV determines client objectives, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs through discussions and correspondence. LCV manages accounts on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis, guided by client objectives and tax considerations. LCV also serves as the investment manager to private investment funds.
LC Vero Manager charges a fee for account management that is calculated based on a fixed fee or performance-based fee. The account management fee is calculated at an annual rate not to exceed 1%. Fees are calculated on either a monthly or quarterly basis per agreement, and are payable, either in advance based on the value of the account(s) as of the beginning of each billing period, or in arrears based on the value of the account at the end of each billing period. Managed accounts may also contract with LCV to pay performance-based compensation, typically 5% to 10% of the net profits.
