Namsoft Advisors offers investment advisory services through its online platform, providing clients access to curated model portfolios from third parties and Namsoft. Using client-supplied data, Namsoft's algorithm recommends model portfolios based on investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances. Clients review and accept or reject recommendations. If accepted, Namsoft manages assets in the selected model portfolios on a discretionary basis, following the model portfolio creator's instructions. Recommendations are limited to the platform's model portfolios and do not include individual investments.
Fee Structure
Namsoft Advisors charges either a flat fee or an asset-based fee for each model portfolio selected. Flat fees are not expected to exceed $500 per month. Asset-based fees are not expected to exceed 2.00% per year of the assets invested in the model portfolio. Fees are based on the market value of the assets as of the last day of each calendar quarter and are charged monthly in arrears.
