SandPath provides investment management services tailored to each client's needs, focusing on investments in privately offered funds and managed accounts. These clients primarily invest in alternative investment funds, direct private investments, and traditional assets. SandPath does not offer or sell any other services or products and does not participate in wrap fee programs. Clients make the final decision on implementing SandPath's advice.
Fee Structure
SandPath generally earns fees from clients that are approximately commensurate with the amount of the firm’s costs in providing investment management services. However, the fees are negotiable and as a result the firm may charge a management fee or performance fee based on the needs and demands of the clients. The firm bills the clients for fees incurred on a quarterly basis.
