DHM Partners provides investment advisory and management services to pooled investment vehicles (Funds) that invest in middle-market technology and technology-enabled services companies. DHM Partners investigates investment opportunities, structures investments, and manages the performance of those investments. Investment advice is provided to the Funds, not to individual investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
DHM Partners manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (Funds), not for individual investors. The firm receives management fees and performance-based fees (carried interest) from these Funds. Management fees are calculated as a percentage of committed capital or remaining invested capital and are payable quarterly in advance. These fees may be modified or waived at the Adviser's discretion. The GP Entities and Associates Entities do not pay a management fee.
