Cedar Grove Capital Management (CGCM) provides ongoing portfolio management services tailored to individual client goals, objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance. CGCM creates an Investment Policy Statement for each client. CGCM generally limits its investment advice to fixed income securities, equities, ETFs, commodities and non-U.S. securities, although CGCM primarily recommends U.S. equities. CGCM requires discretionary authority to execute transactions.

Fees are negotiable. Qualified clients will pay an annual fee of 1.00% of assets under management along with a 20.00% performance fee based on capital appreciation. Performance fees are only assessed on returns (capital appreciation, including dividends and interest, but net of CGCM’s advisory fee) greater than 20% of the account’s performance that exceeds the return of the Russell 2000 Index.
