Orange Avenue Advisors establishes overall investment strategy and asset-allocation guidelines, and selects, monitors, and replaces third-party investment managers who manage client portfolios. Orange Avenue Advisors retains authority to hire or terminate Sub-Advisers without client consent, unless otherwise restricted by client agreement. The Advisor remains responsible for the overall management and supervision of client portfolios and acts as a legally required to act in your best interest in overseeing Sub-Advisers’ performance and adherence to investment objectives.
