Fathom Point Capital is an investment management firm specializing in private equity investments in middle-market industrial technology companies. Fathom Point offers investors the opportunity to invest in investment platforms sourced by the firm through an exclusivity agreement. Investors participate through special purpose investment vehicles (Investment SPVs) that make control-oriented investments in portfolio companies. Fathom Point tailors its advisory services to each Investment SPV and does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Fathom Point Capital does not directly earn a management fee from the Investment SPVs. Instead, Fathom Point is compensated through Exclusivity Fees, which are negotiated with Program Participants and equal to 1.0% of each Program Participant’s Program Commitment. These fees are paid quarterly in advance during the Investment Program’s exclusivity period. The firm may also receive a performance fee or carried interest.
