CresAlta Investment Management provides investment management services for exchange-traded funds (ETFs), family offices, and other institutional investors. CresAlta manages investments based on the client's objectives and risk tolerance. CresAlta uses proprietary portfolio strategies to identify investments that may provide long-term capital appreciation and income generation. CresAlta does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
CresAlta Investment Management manages investments for ETFs and separately managed accounts.
For ETFs, the advisory fees are expected to range from 0.50% to 0.60% per year.
For managed accounts, the fees generally range from 0.40% to 0.70% of the portfolio's assets per year. The fees are based on the amount of assets managed.
