Clean Energy Transition International S.A.M. (CET SAM) is a financial industry affiliate of Clean Energy Transition LLP (CET LLP). CET SAM provides sub-advisory services to CET LLP, managing certain funds and segregated mandate accounts within its Energy Dynamic Strategy. The Energy Dynamics strategy includes equity long/short funds investing in core energy sectors and energy-linked sectors. CET SAM is remunerated out of the management fee and performance fee revenues received by CET LLP from the relevant clients.
Fee Structure
Clean Energy Transition International S.A.M. does not directly manage investments for individual investors. It provides sub-advisory services to Clean Energy Transition LLP, which manages funds for institutional and sophisticated investors. The fees are charged by Clean Energy Transition LLP and range from 0.65% to 1.5% per year, depending on the client type, the strategy, and the size of the mandate. Performance fees also apply, ranging from 15% to 20% per year on outperformance above a high-water mark and hurdle.
