RJJ Pasadena Securities offers customized investment management services to individuals, pension plans, charities, corporations, and other entities. RJJ provides ongoing management based on client objectives, typically advising on equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and options. RJJ also offers participant account management for held-away assets using a third-party platform. RJJ does not charge performance-based fees.
Fee Structure
RJJ Pasadena Securities charges a percentage of the assets they manage for investment management services. The fee is calculated quarterly, in advance, based on the average daily balance.
The annual fees are:
- Up to $250,000: 2.50%
- $250,001 to $500,000: 2.25%
- $500,001 to $750,000: 2.00%
- $750,001 to $1,000,000: 1.75%
- $1,000,001 and over: 1.50%
RJJ also offers a wrap account management fee, which includes transaction, trade, and custodial costs. The wrap account fees are the same as the individual managed account fees if options are not included. If options are included, the fees are:
- Up to $500,000: 3.00%
- $500,001 to $750,000: 2.75%
- $750,001 to $1,000,000: 2.50%
- $1,000,001 to $2,000,000: 2.25%
- $2,000,001 and over: 2.00%
