Chelsea Management Company charges an annual fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage. The fee is calculated at the end of each calendar quarter and charged in advance.

For Equity/Balanced Accounts:

• 1.5% per year on the first $1,000,000
• 1% per year on amounts between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000
• 0.75% per year on amounts between $3,000,000 and $5,000,000
• 0.5% per year on amounts between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000

For Fixed Income Accounts:

• 0.5% per year on the first $1,000,000
• 0.375% per year on amounts between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000
• 0.25% per year on amounts between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000

Fees for accounts over $10,000,000 are negotiable. A minimum of $500,000 in assets is required for this service, though this may be negotiable.
