LayLine Asset Management (LLAM) charges a fee based on the value of your investments. The fee is calculated at the end of each quarter and billed in advance. There are different fees for Strategic IM Accounts and Tactical IM Accounts.

Tactical IM Account Fees:

• $25,000 - $100,000: 1.00% per year
• $100,000 - $500,000: 0.85% per year
• $500,000 - $1,000,000: 0.70% per year
• $1,000,000 - $1,500,000: 0.55% per year
• $1,500,000 and above: 0.40% per year

Strategic IM Account Fees:

• $25,000 - $100,000: 1.40% per year
• $100,000 - $500,000: 1.25% per year
• $500,000 - $1,000,000: 1.10% per year
• $1,000,000 - $1,500,000: 0.95% per year
• $1,500,000 and above: 0.80% per year

If your account reaches a higher threshold during the last month of the quarter, you'll be billed at the lower rate. LLAM may waive its minimum fee or charge a lesser fee based on certain criteria.
