LayLine Asset Management (LLAM) offers investment management services to individuals. LLAM manages investments on a discretionary basis, meaning they make trades without asking you first. They offer two types of accounts: Strategic IM Accounts, which can hold both tactical and strategic positions, and Tactical IM Accounts, which hold only tactical positions. LLAM also provides family financial services, including cash flow analysis and retirement planning, but does not provide legal, estate, or tax advice.
LayLine Asset Management (LLAM) charges a fee based on the value of your investments. The fee is calculated at the end of each quarter and billed in advance. There are different fees for Strategic IM Accounts and Tactical IM Accounts.

If your account reaches a higher threshold during the last month of the quarter, you'll be billed at the lower rate. LLAM may waive its minimum fee or charge a lesser fee based on certain criteria.
