Dana Whiting Financial does not charge management fees directly. Instead, clients pay fees to third-party money managers, who then share a portion of those fees with Dana Whiting Financial.

• Third-party managers set their own fee schedules and account minimums, which are disclosed prior to opening an account.
• Fees paid to Dana Whiting Financial by the third-party managers will never exceed 2.0% per year of your portfolio and will not exceed 35% of the total fee charged by the manager.
• Fees do not increase because of this referral arrangement and may be charged in advance or in arrears depending on the manager.
