Abacus Capital Advisors offers two investment strategies with different fee structures:

Abacus Core Portfolio (Bonds/Stocks):

• For accounts held at Interactive Brokers, the annual fee is:
  • 1.25% for balances between $400,000 and $1,000,000
  • 1.00% for balances between $1,000,001 and $3,000,000
  • 0.85% for balances between $3,000,001 and $7,000,000
  • 0.60% for balances over $7,000,001
• For accounts held at other platforms, the annual fee is:
  • 1.00% for balances between $3,000,000 and $7,000,000
  • 0.75% for balances over $7,000,001

Abacus Alpha Portfolio (100% Equity):

• 1% annual fee on the value of your portfolio
• Plus, a 20% performance fee on any returns that exceed a benchmark, calculated daily and paid quarterly. This performance fee applies even if the portfolio loses money, as long as it outperforms the benchmark.
