Banorte Asset Management charges annual fees based on the value of the assets they manage for you, calculated daily and paid quarterly in arrears. Fees vary depending on your agreement type:

• BAM Traditional Discretionary accounts — charged on a tiered fee schedule based on portfolio value, though a flat fee percentage is available with management approval.
• BAM Traditional Non-Discretionary accounts — charged as a flat percentage of your total portfolio value.
• B.A.M. Digital platform — charged on a tiered fee schedule based on your portfolio value.

Account minimums are $50,000 for discretionary accounts, $1,500,000 for non-discretionary accounts, and $10,000 for the digital platform. Minimums may be negotiable.
