O'Toole Strategic Investments (OSI) does not directly manage your investments. Instead, OSI refers you to third-party money managers (TPMs) who will manage your portfolio. - Client Directed Accounts: $300 annually to the third-party manager, $0 to OSI. This is a flat fee.
