Capital United (CapU) provides advisory services to Unaffiliated EB-5 Funds. The fees depend on the investment option chosen:
- Private Investment Fund: 1.0% per year of the assets held in the EB-5 Redeployment Program.
- Single Asset Investment: A one-time due diligence fee of $15,000 upfront, plus an ongoing advisory fee of 1.0% per year of the asset held in the EB-5 Redeployment Program.
For investments in the Real Estate Investment Portfolio or a Private Real Estate Investment, the Unaffiliated EB-5 Fund pays 1.25% per year if total assets are less than $50 million, or 1.0% per year if total assets are $50 million or more. These fees may be negotiable, but the minimum fee is 1.0% per year.
CapU does not charge advisory fees to Affiliated EB-5 Funds.
