For accounts invested in stocks or a mix of stocks and bonds:

• First $250,000: 1.50% per year
• Next $250,000 (up to $500,000): 1.20% per year
• First $1,000,000: 1.00% per year
• Next $1,500,000 (up to $2,500,000): 0.90% per year
• Next $2,500,000 (up to $5,000,000): 0.75% per year
• Next $2,500,000 (up to $7,500,000): 0.60% per year
• Next $2,500,000 (up to $10,000,000): 0.55% per year
• Next $10,000,000 (up to $20,000,000): 0.35% per year
• Next $15,000,000 (up to $35,000,000): 0.25% per year
• Over $35,000,000: Negotiable

For accounts invested exclusively in bonds or advisory annuities:

• First $1,000,000: 0.35% per year
• Next $1,500,000 (up to $2,500,000): 0.32% per year
• Next $2,500,000 (up to $5,000,000): 0.26% per year
• Next $2,500,000 (up to $7,500,000): 0.21% per year
• Next $2,500,000 (up to $10,000,000): 0.19% per year
• Next $10,000,000 (up to $20,000,000): 0.12% per year
• Next $15,000,000 (up to $35,000,000): 0.09% per year
• Over $35,000,000: 0.05%
