Darwin Wealth Management's fee for managing your investments is a percentage of the value of your portfolio. The percentage decreases as the value of your portfolio increases.

Here's a general idea of the fee structure:

• First $500,000: 1.60% per year
• $500,001 - $1,000,000: 1.35% per year
• First $1,000,000: 1.00% per year
• $1,000,001 - $2,000,000: 0.90% per year
• $2,000,001 - $3,000,000: 0.80% per year
• $3,000,001 - $5,000,000: 0.70% per year
• $5,000,001 - $7,500,000: 0.50% per year
• Above $7,500,000: 0.40% per year

These fees are billed monthly, based on the value of your portfolio at the end of the billing period. The fees may be negotiable in certain circumstances. There are additional model fees if your assets are invested in model portfolios.
