Leeb Capital Management (LCM) charges annual fees based on the type of account and the amount invested.
- Retail Growth Accounts: 1.50% on the first $500,000, then 1.00% on amounts over $500,000.
- Income and Growth Accounts: 1.0% of the account value.
- Peak Resources and Energy Accounts: 2.0% of the account value.
- Institutional Growth Accounts: Fees range from 0.90% to negotiable rates for accounts over $50,000,000.
Fees are prepaid quarterly, based on the account's market value at the end of the preceding quarter. Fees are refundable if you terminate the advisory contract.
