Baxter Capital Management provides advice on corporate bonds, federal agency securities, municipal securities, and money market investments. Baxter Capital Management does not have discretionary trading authority. The firm's compensation comes solely from fees paid by clients, aligning their financial interests.
Fee Structure
Baxter Capital Management's fee for investment advisory services is based on the average par amount of the investment portfolio during the month. The fee is payable upon receipt of the statement for services rendered during the previous month.
For non-financial institutions, the fee is calculated as follows:
- 1/12 x (0.20% of the first $5 million)
- 1/12 x (0.12% of the next $15 million)
- 1/12 x (0.03% of the next $80 million)
- 1/12 x (0.015% of amounts over $100 million) Minimum 1/12 x $5,000
For financial institutions, the fee is calculated as follows:
- 1/12 x (0.15% of the first $5 million)
- 1/12 x (0.12% of the next $5 million)
- 1/12 x (0.08% of the next $5 million)
- 1/12 x (0.05% of the next $5 million)
- 1/12 x (0.02% of amounts over $20 million) Minimum 1/12 x $9,900
