DGI offers separate account management for U.S. Mid Cap Growth Equities, U.S. Small Cap Growth Equities, and Balanced Growth portfolios. DGI also manages a mutual fund and serves as a sub-adviser to a comingled investment fund and limited partnerships. DGI does not accept new wrap fee relationships.

This fee schedule applies to Mid Cap Growth Equity. Fees are negotiable over $25,000,000. Small Cap Growth Equity charges 1.00% on the first $10,000,000, 0.75% on the next $15,000,000, and negotiable fees over $25,000,000. Balanced Growth charges 1.00% on the first $25,000,000 and negotiable fees over $25,000,000.
