Minimum annual fee of $5,000, which is negotiable. From time to time, the Registrant may also agree to provide its services to clients on a fixed, quarterly retainer basis. In doing so, the Registrant determines its fixed fee based on the complexity of the client relationship and may consider the value of the client’s assets that will be directly managed by the Registrant and those held in employer sponsored retirement plan accounts where the Registrant is not authorized to execute trades. The quarterly fee will typically range from $1,000-$3,000 but may be more or less depending on the arrangement reached between the Registrant and the client.
