Fees are subject to negotiation. For investment sub-advisory clients and unaffiliated wrap programs, Horizon charges an annual fee ranging from 0.30% to 0.65% of the assets in such accounts. For providing the model portfolios to the program sponsor, Horizon charges an annual licensing fee ranging from 0.15% to 0.50% of assets under management, depending on the model portfolio selected. Horizon’s fee for providing 401(k)/profit sharing services range from 0.40% to 0.50% of the market value of the aggregate assets of the plan.
