JWWPA uses sub-advisors to manage client accounts. The total annual fee for investment supervisory services is a percentage of your portfolio, split between the sub-advisor and JWWPA:

- Up to $3,000,000: 1.500% total (0.750% to sub-advisor, 0.750% to JWWPA)
- $3,000,001 - $5,000,000: 1.000% total (0.500% to sub-advisor, 0.500% to JWWPA)
- Over $5,000,000: 0.750% total (0.375% to sub-advisor, 0.375% to JWWPA)

- Up to $1,000,000,000: 1.000% total (0.500% to sub-advisor, 0.500% to JWWPA)

Fees are calculated on the value of your portfolio at the end of the previous quarter and are billed quarterly in advance. Fees are negotiable.
