The Financial Advisory Group (TFAG) provides financial advisory services to clients regarding the management of their financial resources. These services are based upon an analysis of the client's current situation, goals, and objectives. TFAG offers comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, stock option exercise planning, estate planning, and other services. Clients are under no obligation to act on recommendations made during the analysis process or to implement the recommendations through TFAG.
Fee Structure
The Financial Advisory Group charges an annual fee that is determined at the time an agreement is entered into. The fee is billed quarterly, in advance. The annual fee compensates TFAG for its commitment to be available to assist the client and for its due diligence on assets held. The annual fee is based upon anticipated hours that the client will require over many years. If the annual service level exceeds the estimated hours, or includes activities beyond the level anticipated at the time the agreement was entered into, additional charges may be made. The annual fee will be revisited and adjusted periodically and may be adjusted upward, if annual service levels are greater than anticipated, or lowered if annual service levels are less than anticipated.
