Precept Management manages investments for private investment funds and receives administrative fees and/or performance-based compensation.
For The Precept Fund, L.P., the administrative fee is:
- Class A Interests (certain previous investors): 2.0% per year (reduced to 1.0% for capital contributions after September 2020)
- Class B Interests: 1.5% per year
- Class C Interests: 1.0% per year
The incentive allocation is:
- Class A and B Interests: 20% of net profits
- Class C Interests: 17.5% of net profits
For Precept Credit Opportunities Fund, L.P. and Precept Special Situation Fund, L.P., the management fee is 2.0% per year, and the incentive allocation is 20% of net profits.
