Fee Structure
Fleckenstein Capital manages a pooled investment fund and charges a quarterly management fee equal to 1.5% per year (0.375% per quarter) based on the value of each investor's capital account. The firm may also receive a performance-based allocation of 20% of capital appreciation, subject to a loss carryforward provision. The firm may waive or reduce fees for strategic investors.
