American Assets Investment Management (AAIM) manages investments for qualified investors through pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. AAIM primarily invests in undervalued shares of large multinational U.S. corporations. For separate accounts, AAIM works with clients to understand their investment objectives and restrictions. AAIM may end the relationship if it cannot serve the client's interests.
Fee Structure
AAIM manages separate accounts and is typically compensated on a case-by-case basis. Fees are subject to negotiation and may be waived at AAIM's discretion. Fees are billed quarterly based on the fair market value of the account. The investment management fee does not include brokerage commissions, transaction fees, or other related costs. AAIM does not receive compensation for the sale of securities or other investment products.
