Absolute Investment Advisers manages investments for mutual funds, a private fund, and separately managed accounts. Absolute manages client accounts based on their objectives and portfolio parameters. Absolute offers investment management services to the Absolute Funds and continuously manages the Absolute Fund assets based on the investment goals and objectives as outlined in each Absolute Fund's prospectus.
Fee Structure
Absolute Investment Advisers manages separately managed accounts for clients, charging a fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage. The fee can be paid in advance each quarter or in arrears quarterly, based on the average value of the account. Fees are subject to negotiation and are detailed in a written agreement. A minimum of $25 million is generally required for separately managed accounts, but this may be negotiable.
