Fees are negotiable based upon certain criteria (e.g., historical relationship, type of assets, anticipated future earning capacity, anticipated future additional assets, dollar amounts of assets to be managed, related accounts, account composition, negotiations with Clients, etc.). WIN Team Advisory Services also uses the AssetMark platform, which has its own fees in addition to WIN Team's fees. The fees applicable to each Account on the AssetMark Platform may include: 1)WIN Team Advisory Services Fee, 2) AssetMark Platform Fee, 3) Investment Manager Fee, and 4) Initial Consulting Fees.
