Sound Advisory Services refers clients to Gradient Investments, a registered investment advisor, for investment portfolio advice and supervisory services. Sound Advisory Services acts as a liaison between the client and Gradient Investments, assisting with paperwork and providing ongoing services such as discussing changes in status, updating Gradient Investments, and reviewing statements. Sound Advisory Services also holds seminars and workshops to educate the public on different types of investments.
Fee Structure
Sound Advisory Services refers clients to Gradient Investments for investment management. Gradient Investments offers different portfolio types, each with its own annual fee:
- Strategic Portfolios: 1.00% of your portfolio
- Tactical Portfolios: 0.80% of your portfolio (Gradient Investments receives an additional 0.20% from the ETF)
- Allocation & Defined Outcome Portfolios: 0.70% of your portfolio
- Preservation Portfolios: 0.40% of your portfolio
- Client Directed Accounts: $300 annually
These fees are negotiable and assessed quarterly. There is also a $15 quarterly technology fee charged per account or investment strategy.
