This fee schedule applies to accounts managed under the Gateway Flagship (Index/RA), Active Index-Option Overwrite, or Quality Income strategies. The standard fee for an account managed under the Active Index-PutWrite strategy is 0.35% on assets under management. The standard fee for an account managed under the Global Low Volatility strategy is 1.00% of the account’s asset value. The standard annual fee for an account managed under the Theta Overlay Program℠ is 0.65% of the Notional Value of the account. The standard annual fee for an account managed under the Protected Put Premium Overlay strategy is 0.75% of the Notional Value of the account. The standard annual fee for an account managed under the Index Solutions strategy is 0.75% of the Notional Value of the account. The standard annual fee for an account managed under the Custom Single Stock or Defined Outcome strategies is 0.75% of the account’s asset value. Fees are negotiable for certain client accounts.
