Hourglass Capital provides investment management services to separately managed accounts based on the client's specific investment needs. Hourglass develops an investment policy and manages a portfolio based on that policy. Hourglass also provides consulting services, typically involving periodic reviews of existing investments held away from Hourglass and recommendations based on that review.

Fee arrangements may include a combination of a management fee and performance-based fee or may be solely limited to a management fee or a performance-based fee. Performance-based fees will never exceed 25% of the account's net performance. A portion of the account may be invested in money market funds, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, or unit investment trusts, resulting in a double fee on these investments. Fees may be negotiable.
